Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Scheduland to create booking pages, manage availability, connect calendars, and send appointment communications.
Booking software for service businesses.
Scheduland provides tools for businesses to publish booking pages, collect appointment details, manage events, sync connected calendars, and send customer communications. Businesses are responsible for keeping their service information, prices, availability, locations, and customer messages accurate.
Account owners must only connect calendars, email senders, websites, and integrations they are authorized to use. When customers book through a business page, the business is responsible for fulfilling the appointment and handling any service-specific terms, payments, cancellations, or refunds.
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use Scheduland for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity. We may suspend access where needed to protect customers, businesses, or the platform.
Scheduland is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Features may change as we improve the product. We aim to keep scheduling, reminders, and integrations reliable, but third-party services such as Google, Apple, email providers, payment providers, and hosting platforms may affect availability.
