Privacy Policy
Scheduland helps service businesses manage appointments. This page explains the information we collect, why we use it, and how people can contact us about their data.
Information used to run bookings.
Scheduland may process account details, business profile settings, booking page branding, appointment details, customer contact details, postcode or address information, questionnaire answers, calendar availability data, workflow email settings, and technical information such as browser, device, referral, and page analytics.
We use this information to show relevant appointment options, confirm bookings, send reminders and follow-up messages configured by the business, prevent duplicate bookings, sync connected calendars, improve service reliability, and provide customer support.
When a business connects Google Calendar or another calendar provider, Scheduland uses that connection only to read availability needed for scheduling and to create or update appointment events requested through the booking flow. Businesses can disconnect integrations from their account settings.
Scheduland's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google Calendar data to provide calendar availability checks and appointment event sync requested by the connected business account.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Scheduland, connected integrations authorized by the account owner, the business receiving the booking, or where required by law.
